They came to share with our students the values and the strategy of Relais & Chateaux, major player in the hospitality industry today in more than 60 countries.
Career Confidence : AN privileged exchange creator of new opportunities for our students
After a conference to our students in Bachelor in International Hospitality Management and in Bachelor in International Food Service Management, in which Anthony Torkington talked about his career, the history and the future of the association Relais & Châteaux, 4 of our students had the chance to talk with him in our most private career event format : the Career Confidence.
The Career Confidence is a career event that allows students of our bachelors to share a lunch with professionals and decision-makers of our industries and the Direction board of the school. A convivial lunch in which the discussion is flowing naturally with open-hearts on different themes.
The Career Confidence is an innovative format that Solenn Bossard, Responsible for Corporate Relations, wanted to settle to highlight the sense of sharing :
“The sharing is at the heart of our business we must appreciate these magical moments. These moments are an invitation for our students to reflect on our industry’s most emblematic figures.”
Students have been selected based on volunteering and their career objectives, a unique occasion for them to share a moment of passion with a leader in the industry in which they dream to have a great career. Inès Charavel, student in Bachelor in International Hospitality Management have share with us her experience after this lunch :

our restaurant saisons, first pedagogical restaurant selected relais & chateaux
This Career Confidence has been held in our michelin-starred restaurant Saisons. A place not selected randomly. Our pedagogical restaurant in which students are shifting in the kitchen and in the table service for their real-life work training, has become the first and only pedagogical restaurant in the world to join Relais & Chateaux. Relais & Chateaux is composed of 580 houses of excellence and restaurants all around the globe.
The Relais & Chateaux blazon has been set up at the entrance of the restaurant by Anthony Torkington and and the teams working in Saisons.
This new partnership is a really proud for all the teams from the professional trainers to students as this is a collective effort. A transmission model of excellence led by Chef Pansin in the kitchen, Philippe Darcq and Gaetan Bouvier in the restaurant.
Career events such as the Career Confidence are part of the journey of our students in their scholarship. They are helping the students in facilitating networking, understanding companies and discovering industries in order to insure the best employability for our students.
