Welcome to our 4th year specialisation students
Faire défiler la pageIt’s time to go back to school for our 131 students on the 4th year of the Bachelor’s degree in International Hospitality and Food Service Management. After a revisited induction programme delivered in hybrid format, they are getting ready to start one of our 6 undergraduate specialisations.
Feel welcome
Before discovering or rediscovering the Institut Paul Bocuse campuses, our 4th year students engaged remotely in a case study on the management of a hotel venue. On 3 February, they were welcomed according to the great Bocusian tradition at Écully, in compliance with the ongoing health regulations, where they were presented with their pine trees, the symbol of their entry into the Institute’s extended family.
They spent a rewarding and productive week including a welcome ceremony, a visit of the campus according to the new health protocol, a discovery tour of the city of Lyon and personal development workshops. This induction programme ended in style with a brand-new kind of “welcome drink”, prepared in click & collect format and shared in the form of a virtual aperitif.
