OUR SAISONS RESTAURANT RETAINS ITS MICHELIN STAR
Our training restaurant has been included in the Michelin Guide since 2020. For the 5th year in a row, our Saisons restaurant retains its star and remains the only training restaurant in France to hold the coveted accolade, under the guidance of Executive Chef and trainer at Institut Lyfe, Florian Pansin.
This distinction once again confirms the levels of excellence within the establishment in terms of cuisine, as well as the quality of the service and the education provided to all of our students.
ENJOY A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE AT SAISONS
Helmed by Chef Florian Pansin in the kitchen, and Victor Cantarin in the dining room, the entire Saisons restaurant team delight in bringing clients on a culinary journey, where they can enjoy dishes that combine history and modernity, based around seasonal produce.
Our Saisons restaurant welcomes diners from Monday to Friday for lunch and dinner.
