Faire défiler la pageInstitut Lyfe, an internationally renowned school specialising in hospitality, culinary arts and pastry management, is launching its first Executive Master of Science (MSc) in Strategic Hospitality Management, now accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles (CGE). It combines online and face-to-face learning, offering great flexibility to executives from around the world.
A programme to train leaders in hospitality transformation
Designed to meet the new challenges facing the sector (digitalisation, sustainability, customer experience and hybridisation of models), this programme trains managers capable of orchestrating the global transformation of hotel and tourism establishments on an international scale.
It has been designed in direct response to the needs of the field: several French and international hotel groups have contributed to its creation, in a spirit of co-construction.
Hybrid and flexible training for impact and innovation
Structured around ten thematic modules, the program covers business strategy, transformational leadership, sustainable performance, as well as digitalisation and artificial intelligence applied to hospitality. It includes a 24-week professional assignment and an applied research dissertation, which are powerful levers of impact for partner organisations and participants.
Taught entirely in English, this Executive Master of Science programme is designed for working executives who wish to develop their leadership skills, strengthen their managerial expertise and gain a global perspective on the sector. The programme combines classroom and distance learning to fit perfectly into executives’ schedules, offering all the advantages of a traditional Executive MSc while providing greater flexibility.
A mark of academic and professional excellence
With this Conférence des Grandes Écoles accreditation, Institut Lyfe has become one of the few French institutions to offer an Executive MSc-Master of Science dedicated to Hospitality Management, recognised at Bac +5 level (RNCP level 7). This recognition confirms the excellence and professional focus of this new programme, which is designed to enhance the skills of executives in the sector.
We are very proud to launch our first Executive Master of Science in Strategic Hospitality Management, now accredited by the Conférence des Grandes Écoles. Against a backdrop of profound change in the sector, we are confirming our ambition: to develop managers in line with the challenges facing the profession by supporting companies in improving the skills of their employees.
