DOUBLE SUCCESS FOR OUR COURSE IN INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
On 18th January, the classification agency Eduniversal unveiled its 2023 list of the best courses and bachelor’s degrees. Among the 705 training courses ranked in France, Institut Paul Bocuse once again claimed 1st place in the Tourism & Hospitality category – for the 13th consecutive year – with its Bachelor in International Hospitality Management.
Yesterday, 15th February, 2023, it was the turn of our MSc in International Hospitality Management, a BAC+5 programme run in partnership with emlyon business school, which claimed the top spot in the ranking of the best Master’s degrees in Hospitality Management.
Dominique Giraudier, CEO of Institut Paul Bocuse:
This award recognises the excellence and consistency of quality of our training, in a framework that promotes the well-being of students throughout their studies. It testifies to the success of our graduates and the way in which our teaching staff continuously support students right up until they enter the job market.
Eduniversal is the only French ranking system that evaluates the individual quality of each course according to both a sectoral approach and specific market criteria. It centres around the participation of stakeholders: companies, higher education institutions and students. The ranking is based on three main criteria: the reputation of the course, salary on graduation, satisfaction levels among students.
A BAC+4 AND A BAC+5 MASTER’S TO INSPIRE AND DEVELOP EXPERT HOSPITALITY MANAGERS.
The Bachelor (Hons) in International Hospitality Management approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research combines business and academic excellence with a rich network of corporate and graduate partners, a diverse multicultural campus and an excellent quality of student life.
It offers an innovative educational path that promotes creativity and the development of talent in an entrepreneurial context. Unique training facilities (including a 5-star hotel-school, a hotel-residence, and a Michelin-starred restaurant) allow the implementation of experiential learning that alternates practice and theory, for fully rounded exploration and management experience in the hospitality professions. The six specialisations in the 4th year allow students to develop targeted expertise, aimed at meeting specific needs of the hospitality industry
Our MSc in International Hospitality Management brings together the expertise of two world leaders, Institut Paul Bocuse and emlyon, and allows students to study in 3 key cities on the global tourism and hospitality scene while benefitting from specialised courses specific to the sector.
