Welcome to the first ever Culinary Arts cohort in Russia

On 2 September, Institut Paul Bocuse welcomed its first ever Bachelor in International Culinary Arts Management cohort on our partner campus at the Siberian Federal University in Russia.

Institut Paul Bocuse trains more than 1,000 students each year, representing 55 nationalities studying on 10 international campuses (Singapore, Peru, South Korea, Japan, China, Guatemala, Finland, Reunion Island, France and Russia). This allows us to export our expertise in teaching and hospitality management across the globe. In order to further develop the employability of our students and their intercultural skills, we aim to strengthen our presence both in tourist areas and emerging economies.

Our new partner the Siberian Federal University, has recently welcomed to its campus 39 students representing the first ever cohort in Russia enrolled on the Bachelor in Culinary Arts course. The programme has been created to prepare future top managers working in the fields of cuisine, pastry and culinary events. Students benefit from an experiential learning approach delivered by a teaching team made up of our consultants and chefs. At the end of this 3-year programme of study, students will qualify with a double degree in International Culinary Arts Management from Institut Paul Bocuse.
