During the course, you will learn how to design unique and personalised customer experiences and redefine paradigms across the sector, whether the segment be luxury hotels, lifestyle, resorts, or health and wellness destinations.

Our specialisation in the 4th year of the Bachelor’s in International Hospitality and Restaurant Management will provide you with all the necessary skills to go beyond the traditional paradigms of the hotel and restaurant industry. You will explore global hotel design and trends. You will learn how to reinvent existing establishments and create memorable customer experiences, as well as analysing trends and developments in the hospitality sector. You will work on hotel brand positioning, learn to develop strong digital communication strategies, and use technological innovations (AI), while effectively mastering project management.

Course overview
Our experiential teaching method is based on active and practical acquisition based on “learning by doing”. This immersive method places our students at the centre of the action. Your journey will be consist of a central project alongside a pedagogical model using flipped classrooms, offering you concrete training and continuous interaction with your instructors. You will develop key skills in innovation, design of hotel services, brand marketing and experiential marketing.
You will be tasked with creating an innovative hotel concept, where you will deal with all the stages of development of a concept, from market analysis to operational management, including creation of the visual identity and communication strategy. You’ll apply your theoretical knowledge to real-life situations, honing your practical skills for optimal preparation for a future career in any sector where service excellence is paramount.
