STAY AT THE HEART OF THE CAMPUS
OUR STUDENT HALLS OF RESIDENCE, A PLACE FOR SHARING AND LIVING …
Our student hotel-residence Le Clipper, is ideally located five minutes’ walk from the school’s two campuses. It offers 104 modern and fully furnished rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. We also offer 10 hotel rooms, which can be booked for families and friends of students.
Priority in allocating rooms goes to international students (Bachelor’s and Master’s) and 1st year students (subject to availability) in order to develop a team spirit across year groups.
To develop a team spirit across year groups, Clipper rooms are reserved first and foremost for minors and 1st-year international students or those far from their families, as well as for 1st-year students with scholarships (subject to availability).
Weekly events are organised by the students themselves, as a time for leisure and exploration.

Our student hotel-residence is also a place of application and immersion for our students in the Bachelor in International Hospitality & Food Service Management programme. You will acquire a 360° vision of the budget hotel sector through on-the-job training, and in the 2nd year you will manage your 1st year classmates working in the residence.

STUDENT RESIDENCES
Once you’ve registered, our Student Affairs team will assist you throughout your housing search, putting you in touch with our various partners.
Our housing partners include Les Belles Années, whose approach focuses on the specific needs of students, offering a living space that combines privacy with opportunities for socialization. Their aim is to create an environment conducive to study and personal development, while offering quality services and facilities such as housekeeping services, fully-equipped laundry facilities and individual internet boxes.
Priority is given to Institut Lyfe student housing applications, facilitating access to residences close to our school, including the Residence Carré West, just a stone’s throw from our campuses.
Several private student residences are available near the school and students at Institut Lyfe can take advantage of special conditions.
