Nicolas LEBLANC

A member of the French Military Culinary Team, he was awarded a silver medal at the Culinary World Cup 2022 and a gold medal at the IKA Culinary Olympics 2024 in the Community Catering category. He served for 25 years in the French Navy, including 10 years at sea aboard surface vessels within the Naval Action Force. He then worked for over 10 years as a Chef Instructor, training chefs from all branches of the armed forces and the national gendarmerie at the Armed Forces Commissariat School in Cherbourg, before joining Institut Lyfe as a Culinary Instructor.
