Antoine COLLIN

After completing specialised studies in hospitality and catering, Antoine Collin enriched his career internationally, working in renowned establishments, notably in Quebec at La Pinsonnière (Relais & Châteaux) and in Ireland at the 5-star Monart Hotel in Wexford.

Upon returning to France, he has developed for over 15 years a versatile expertise across a wide range of establishments, from brasseries and bistros to the events sector, while also working as a Chef Instructor at Institut Lyfe.
