International pathways

Our Bachelor’s degrees in International Hospitality & Food Service Management include a mandatory semester abroad in the 3rd year.

The specialisation in “Culinary art and culture of Japan” in the 3rd year of the Bachelor in International Culinary Arts Management will take you on an unforgettable adventure to the island of Hokkaido and our partner Hokuto Bunka Academy.

Our MSc in International Hospitality Management gives you the opportunity to discover the American hospitality market, with a semester of study in Las Vegas on the campus of our partner UNLV.

Our students in the Master’s degree in Culinary and Leadership Innovation spend 2 months in Helsinki, Finland, on the campus of our partner Haaga Helia University of Applied Sciences.

All of the courses are accredited by the ECTS – European credit system.

Placements abroad: the world is your training ground

Do you have a globetrotting spirit, do you want to discover the professional world outside of France? 

In the 2nd or 3rd year of your Bachelor’s degree and at the end of your Bac+5 studies, you will have the opportunity to complete a placement abroad in some of the most prestigious institutions in the world.

These placements allow you to define your future plans, and to discover new methods of managing and organising companies around the world. You will quickly develop an international professional network, a true springboard for your future.
