I don’t come from a family of chefs, I don’t have anyone in my family in the industry and I didn’t have a godfather to guide me at the start of my career. I went to France without knowing how to speak French properly, in pursuit of a dream! There I took one of the best @institutlyfe_ courses and worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants.
I always like to say that effort is more important than talent.
At first, I was one of the worst in my class, but by the time I left school, I was one of the best!
