Mariana DELUBAC

With over 20 years of experience in France and internationally, including several years working in Michelin-starred restaurants, she has built her career in renowned establishments such as Vistamar at Hôtel Hermitage in Monaco (1 Michelin star), The Square in London (2 Michelin stars), Drouant (1 Michelin star), Le Cinq at Four Seasons Hotel George V (3 Michelin stars), and Le Bristol (2 Michelin stars). She then became Head Chef at the Michelin-starred restaurant Il Vino in Paris.

She holds a degree in Gastronomy from the Universidad del Claustro de Sor Juana in Mexico City, with training in culinary arts and management. She is also a consultant and an ambassador chef for Revol Porcelaine.
