Nolwenn CORRE

A graduate of our Bachelor in Culinary Arts (Class of 2010), she is one of the few Michelin-starred chefs in France. Her family restaurant, which she took over in 2015 – Hostellerie de la Pointe Saint Mathieu – was awarded its first Michelin star in 2019. Prior to this, she worked alongside renowned chefs such as Yannick Alléno at Le Meurice and Christian Le Squer at Pavillon Ledoyen.
