After honing her skills at several renowned establishments in France, including Louis XV in Monaco, Le 39V and Akrame in Paris, she returned to London to bring her entrepreneurial project to life. In 2018, she opened Restaurant Caractère with her husband Diego Ferrari, a venue inspired by their French and Italian roots. In 2025, their work was rewarded with a first Michelin star, crowning a journey defined by rigor, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
