Charly TERRADE

A 2006 graduate of the Bachelor in Culinary Arts, Charly Terrade built an international career: he contributed to the opening of several establishments for the Alain Ducasse Group in New York, Washington, and Puerto Rico, before continuing his path in Shanghai and Singapore, where he led large-scale restaurant projects and operations. Back in Lyon, he ran the operations of our teaching restaurant, Institut Bellecour, for more than eleven years. In 2025, he joined Bloom Sushi as co-founder, with the ambition of continuing to grow this restaurant brand in France.
