[MOF] Joannic Taton, our Executive Chef, has just been crowned Meilleur Ouvrier de France in the Pastry and Confectionery category for 2026!
Head chef at the three-star restaurant Le Bois Sans Feuilles – Maison Troisgros in Ouches, he won the title of Chef of the Year 2026. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts in 2007.
