Ali DEY DALY

After a Bachelor in Culinary Arts, Ali continued his journey at Institut Lyfe by joining the MSc in Management & Culinary Leadership (MCLI). Originally from Tunisia, he gained international experience through various opportunities before settling in New York, United States. There, he founded Artality, a consulting firm specializing in guest experience for luxury hotels and hotel groups. He is also co-founder of Gravity Community, a company that designs immersive, community-driven events combining music, travel, and premium experiences.
