Recognition of academic excellence by higher education bodies
Since 29 August 2018, our school has benefitted from dual official recognition for its 3-year and 4-year programmes in Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Food Service management from the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
Awarded by the National Commission for the Evaluation of Management Training Programmes (CEFDG), this accreditation demonstrates the academic excellence of our courses which are increasingly geared toward the employability of our students.
Among other things, the accreditation increases the international portability of our qualifications, authorises the school to integrate the national central admissions system for higher education (Parcoursup), and register students benefitting from regional income-related bursaries (CROUS) to promote equal opportunities.
An international opening to prepare our students to become global citizens
The recognition of our bachelor degrees in culinary arts, hospitality and food service management paves the way for new opportunities regarding international development to the students and graduates’ advantage.
It promotes mobility by allowing international students to receive a scholarship from their government and our graduates to pursue their studies abroad on an equivalency basis.
This accreditation also strengthens the international legitimacy of our school in the eyes of the governmental authorities of the partner countries. Institut Paul Bocuse has now access to international accreditation and rankings and the possibility of developing double degrees.
