This specialisation prepares you to excel in operational management, human resources, and commercial and financial management in order to guarantee sustainable development for your future hotel establishment.

Gain immersive experience in hospitality excellence, with a programme that will provide you with commercial, operational, negotiation and human resources skills.

As part of your central project, you will take part in the management of our 5* Le Royal hotel, allowing you to put your knowledge into practice. You will be encouraged to come up with recommendations for improved methodologies, deal with operational and organisational management challenges, and develop your commercial and managerial skills.
During the specialisation year, you will learn to master the operational aspects of opening a hotel or restaurant. From researching sources of financing to the implementation of a business plan, not forgetting the marketing strategy and customer experience, you will gain all the necessary skills to design your hotel project.
