Over 30 years’ experience in prestigious establishments such as Restaurant Paul Bocuse***, Le Léon de Lyon**, Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons**, including 17 years as chef manager. A former member of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaises, he represented French gastronomy at the Davos Forum in 2008 and was named Rising Star Chef of the Year at the Lyon Gastronomy Trophy.
